Connecticut Bar Exam Information

The Connecticut Bar Examination is a two day exam.  On day 1, the Multi state Bar Exam is administered.  On day 2, a state essay section consisting of 12 essays is administered.  Multi state Bar Exam is of 3 hours each in morning and afternoon sessions with 100 Multiple-Choice questions in both sessions.  The Connecticut essays test is administered on Thursday with six 30-minute essay questions each in morning and afternoon sessions.

Connecticut essay subjects include Administrative Law, Business Entities, Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Contracts/Sales, Criminal law/Procedure, Evidence, Federal and State Constitutional Law, Professional Responsibility, Property, Torts, Trusts/Wills/Estates, and Uniform Commercial Code.  The Connecticut bar exam dates are July 27 and 28, 2010, and February 22 and 23, 2011.
