The Florida Bar Exam is administered over two days. The Florida day portion of the Florida Bar Exam is administered on day one. It consists of three Florida essay questions and 100 Florida multiple choice questions. On day 2 of the Florida Bar Exam, the Multi state Bar Exam is administered.
The subjects that may be tested on the Florida bar exam are business entities, including partnerships and corporations, civil procedure, (Florida) constitutional law (Florida and federal) contracts including UCC Article 2 sales criminal law and procedure criminal procedure (Florida) equity, embedded subject tested with other doctrinal law (remedies), evidence, family law, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration professional conduct including the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct and the Florida Rules Regulating Trust, Accounts, real property, torts, trusts (wills, trusts, and estates) wills and administration of estates.
To sit for the Florida Bar Exam the applicant will need to be a graduate of an ABA approved law school.
